Description

The Northwest Americans with Disabilities Act & Information Technology Center presents a teleconference titled What Are The Courts Saying About Reasonable Accommodation. This is the third session in a three part series that started in March and ends in May. This series focuses on the issues surrounding reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. If you missed the first 2 sessions, no problem!! All three session will be archived. You can listen to one or all three at your convince.

On Tuesday May 17, 2005 hear David Fram from the National Employment Law Institute discuss what the Courts are saying about RA process. We offer a "Certification of Participation" to all individuals who participate in the complete 3-Part Reasonable Accommodation Series (March-May, 2005).  Also available are the following continuing education units for your participation: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
