The NW
ADA & IT Center will provide a comprehensive review of the provisions of
Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Included in the program
will be discussion regarding the definition of disability, the
reasonable accommodation process, undue hardship and safety issues.

attendees through an interactive, step-by-step process of an employer’s
response to a request for accommodation.
