The Northwest Equal Employment Opportunity Association/Affirmative Action (NW EEO/AA) and the Oregon Business Leadership Network (OBLN) are pleased to be co-sponsoring the following program presented by the NW ADA & IT Center.

Making Jobs Work:  The Employment Provisions of the ADA
The NW ADA & IT Center will provide a comprehensive review of the provisions of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Included in the program will be discussion regarding the definition of disability, the reasonable accommodation process, undue hardship and safety issues.

Responding to a Request for Accommodation
Mike McClory, Attorney with Bullard Smith Jernstedt & Wilson, will take the attendees through an interactive, step-by-step process of an employer’s response to a request for accommodation.
