Students with
disabilities are a budding source of talent coming from Oregon
high schools, colleges, community colleges, and universities.
In fact, 26% of people with disabilities in Oregon have degrees
or advanced degrees. This student pool is historically
overlooked by business as a great source of interns and summer
hires filled with talent, problem solving, and budding skills.
The business
panel will discuss their experiences with student interns with
disabilities and their contribution to their work units.
