OVERVIEW

The Oregon Business Leadership Network is hosting their first job and career exploration fair “Tapping Fresh Talent” on November 13, 2007 at the Doubletree, Lloyd Center.  It is an opportunity to link business with the emerging talents and credentials of students and adult job seekers with disabilities in a unique recruiting event.

We would like to invite you to take advantage of this opportunity by becoming an Event Sponsor.  This is a chance to make your budget go far for recruiters, internal leaders and community affairs with one of several Sponsorship Packages, that offer:

Bullet Recognition in all printed materials,

Bullet Priority booth locations, Meet the Press passes, and savings on booth costs,

Bullet Tickets to the Affair After the Fair: A presentation by national diversity expert, Steve Hanamura, who will speak on 5 key business practices and outcomes for growing a diverse workforce that includes disability.

"Tapping Fresh Talent" will include unique features to boost your success and experience.  Along with the Job Fair Commons which will have space for 25 booths, we have other valuable features:

Bullet Accommodation expertise on site: There will be help for businesses and fair goers who may need assistance or advice on various types of accommodation, from  completing applications, to putting together a resume, on-site interpreter or other resource.

Bullet"Student Central": A session for students to get oriented to the fair and hear from business reps about their industry.

Bullet Disability etiquette 101: Buff your disability etiquette skills at a quick on-site training during the set-up period at 9:15 am and get questions answered any time with accommodation and adaptive tech professionals who will be on tap all day.

Join us and promote your company to an under-explored talent pool that leads all others in wanting to bring their skills to market

We hope you will be a sponsor for this event.  Register Now.
