YOUR COMMENTS...

This is a beautiful video. The line "if you want ideas from outside the box, hire someone that lives outside the box" says it all!! Hope this is airing on prime time TV and should be a national model.

Excellent video! I really like the directness with faces and voices, no other visual clutter, and no identification of disability. This is about ability, and that message is strong and clear. Every hiring authority should be required to watch.

Great positive attitudes about self and ones ability to do a job. I agree that a persons disability does not reflect a lack of ability to be part of the work force. Everyone whether disabled or non-disabled can get training and have a great desire to do a job.

I love this video! It speaks to my personal commitment to break down stereotypes and help employers (and everyone else, for that matter) look beyond the outside and see the true value in each person.

What a great video. Short and to the point, but with great impact. I liked not only the powerful message, but the design and graphics - using the basic black background. Good work!

The video sends a clear message to employers (and to the community at large for that matter) that people with disabilities have the same aspirations to succeed, to contribute and to make a difference as you and I do.

Powerful! I like the idea that you don't really know - on some of the folks - what their disability is ...just that they want to work!

Excellent video. I want to show it to the all the hiring managers at my company and ask them if they think of this when they hire. I work for a top 50 company.
