Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH logoThe Board of Directors of the OBLN recognizes Project SEARCH as a model of excellence for integrating the talents of people with significant disabilities into the mainstream workforce.

Project SEARCH is a unique business-led program that provides employment and education opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities. The program is dedicated to workforce development that benefits the individual, community and workplace.

Programs include one-year, worksite-based school-to-work programs for high school students with disabilities and comprehensive employment, job retention, and career advancement services for adults with disabilities.
