Why join?

The Oregon Business Leadership Network is the leading employers' voice on disability as it affects business in Oregon.  We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization, sponsored and lead by a growing number of private and public sector employers, which between them employ 15% of Oregon's workforce.  We make it easier for our members to recruit and retain employees with disabilities, serve customers with disabilities and work in partnership with stakeholders and business associates with disabilities.

We enhance mutual benefits for business and people with disabilities, providing links with private and public sector expertise and successful practices on all aspects of disability as it affects business.  Our work is based on the Business Case for including people with disabilities in the competitive workplace and as consumers.  We promote accommodation as a competitive business strategy within the Oregon Business Plan and assure that members have access to the latest and best resources on ADA compliance.

The OBLN has been recognized nationally as the 2005 USBLN Chapter of the Year for leadership and is growing to be the standard for best business practices around disability in Oregon.
