Mission
The OBLN is an
employer-led organization that seeks to improve employment prospects and
consumer choices for people with disabilities by raising employer
awareness around the positive benefits to business for actively
including people with disabilities in the work force and as consumers.
Vision
We will be the key statewide business led organization for fostering the
employment of people with disabilities. Our diverse, talented, and
active leadership will propel our success. With strong partnerships,
excellent events and programs, critical information, and enthusiastic
funders, we will make the employment of people with disabilities an
achievable top priority for businesses in Oregon.
