DBTAC Northwest customizes ADA compliance information for each business throughout the  Pacific Northwest to take the fear out of litigation, provides access surveys to improve access to goods and services,  and information on how to take advantage of tax incentives for business to improve the bottom line. Business owners can be assured all consultation is confidential {“what happens at a DBTAC stays at the DBTAC” we are not federal regulators or enforcement officials}.

The Department of Human Services' Addictions and Mental Health Division (AMH) mission is to assist Oregonians and their families to become independent, healthy and safe by promoting resilience and recovery through culturally competent, integrated, evidence-based treatments of addictions, pathological gambling, mental illness and emotional disorders, and through prevention and reducing the negative effects of alcohol, other drugs, gambling addiction, and mental health disorders.

BOLI enforces state laws that ban discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodations, protect workers and children in the workplace, guarantee most Oregon workers job-protected leave when their children are born or a family member is seriously ill and govern registered apprenticeship programs.

Oregon's Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services

A small program that several departments of state government depend on to monitor and develop their ADA compliance for clients, employees, and constituents who are deaf, hard of hearing, and late-deafened. ODHHS is responsible to ensure that you get communication access to those departments and their services.

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) offices actively work to match people with disabilities with employers and to ensure successful employment.

Oregon Workers Compensation Division

The Workers' Compensation Division (WCD) is the state agency that administers and regulates laws and rules that impact the participants in the Oregon workers' compensation system. WCD has programs that ensure timely and appropriate medical treatment and time loss benefits to injured workers, while assisting in keeping costs and burdens low for Oregon employers. In addition, the division administers return-to-work programs that assist in helping injured workers return to their previous job or to find new employment.
